Friends as Honey on the Heart
Dear Brave Souls:
Often both friends and enemies appear in one's life without direct causation by us.
It is far more amazing that a soulful person appears on our horizon line walking toward us, with such clarity, and without being directly summoned by us...
than that any person not seeing our worth --or their own true self's worth-- appears on the horizon, muddled of mind as though in a dust storm that blinds they themselves foremost-- also without being directly summoned by us...
It would appear from the aerial view, that both figures are 'part of life on Planet Earth'... both are often enough our 'learning edges'
...and/but that oddly, though wounded perhaps by one, we are healed so sweetly, sweet as miel, as honey over the heart, by the other.
For all who are the friend who is walking toward 'the friendless one'... I send great, great love and admiration...

Hakomi Method
The Hakomi Method developed by Ron Kurtz and various collaborators is a body-centered experiential form of psychotherapy. Based on the principles such as mindfulness and non-violence, it is a very powerful and deep but gentle way of approaching and resolving core material.
Hakomi is a Hopi native word for "How do you stand in relation to these many realms?" A question that sparks so much curiosity and purpose for me.
I have personally experienced the potency of this method and the graceful support of this community. It is an honor to deepen into my own journey of embodying the method as it aligns with the body of work I offer.

Charlie Chaplin, The Kid
The Orphan and the Tramp archetypes tug at the deepest heart strings of the attachment wounds and the nature desire to bond despite threats of separation. Silent movie becomes such a moving vehicle for the language of heart & body to speak for itself.
Healing by D.H. Lawrence
Healing
I am not a mechanism, an assembly of various sections.
And it is not because the mechanism is working wrongly, that I am ill.
I am ill because of wounds to the soul,
to the deep emotional self
and the wounds to the soul
take a long,
long time,
only time can help and patience,
and a certain difficult repentance,
long difficult repentance,
realizations of life’s mistake,
and the freeing oneself
from the endless repetition of the mistake which mankind at large has chose to sanctify.
