Individual Therapy

This integrative therapy draws on the traditions of Depth Psychology centering soul care, meaning-making, and guidance that emerges from dreams, expressive arts and active imagination. Through platica/talk we explore the deeper layers of life events as experienced in the inner world. We can begin to make sense of how we operate and what we are longing for. The tenemos, or sacred space, formed in the alliance of client and therapist, allows for patterns to be studied, dissolved, and repatterned for more authentic living. Through mindful attention, we make space for the body to speak and also shed painful impact in safety— the alchemy of transforming shit to gold. The triumph comes in regaining a foothold in relating well to life by soul-making.

Relationship Therapy

This therapy supports any interpersonal dyad, couples, friends, family (chosen and/or blood) that is looking to understand, repair and repattern how they relate. Modeled within a sacred circle, we create a relational safety to speak from the heart, find common ground based on agreed virtues, and allow for shared accountability. In guardianship of each others’ growth and honest reflection, we collaborate on developing as wise and kind humans, reciprocal care, and root in a culture of kinship.

We are honored to bring medicine keeping into the practice. Rooted in reverence, we are now holding space for Ketamine journeys, available either virtually out of the comfort of your own home or our beautiful Imaginal sanctuary in the suburbs of Sacramento.

As psychedelics (with a deep and ancient root in indigenous healing practices as plant medicines) are brought forward to modern context for mental health systems through synthetics, our intention is to bring integrity to this space. Our aim is to bridge ancient technology honoring an animist cosmovision and wisdom with the ethics needed to address the problems and struggles of today.

Through direct and deeply integrated initiations with Great Spirits, land, plant, animal, ancestral, and cosmic, Cristy received the medicine name of Cloud Serpent. Asked to meditate between the many realms in service to the anima mundi, the world soul, she holds vows to live the repair, as is so desperately needed in these times. Under the guardianship of the sacred energies of Mixcoatl, Quetzalcoatl, Cihuacoatl, Coatlicue and Chicomecoatl, she is held by coatl (snake) clan, to make remedy of the poisons and restore balance. Under this protection, she creates ritual ground for profound transformation that is accessible, kind, tempered, and compassionate. She walks with the lineage gifts of dignity and sweetness. Ketamine Medicine Journeys

Ketamine is a dissociative and an anesthetic that when prescribed in a mental health context supports neuroplasticity, giving people a fighting chance to reboot their nervous system. Ketamine has cumulative impact when well held and supports growth hormones that we otherwise would not activate with the capacity for making real and lasting shifts to depressive, anxious and compulsive ruts.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE NOTICE

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. 

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

This approach is proactively initiating and evoking the support of autonomous powers, respectfully. In the spirit of a medicine circle, we root in non-dogmatic prayer and counsel in guardianship with our spirit guides to restore natural states, rhythms, align with our sacred purpose and live in right relationship.

Sacred Arts Ritualist

Ritual work specific for comunidad well-versed in spiritwork. Simply asking for facilitation, as your friendly community ritualist. Not looking for therapy or coaching relationship to be the vessel for healing or holding processes. Client is self-possessed and able to connect directly to benevolent and wise guides/powers. Ritualist services can also be added by request to therapy or coaching. These offerings are in support of community change work— you transform, you bring back your gifts to your communities.
